Accessories: 30 Day Return
Hardware/Software/Supplies/International Orders: No Returns (Hardware can be exchanged if determined to be defective upon receipt. Supplies include thermal transfer ribbons, thermal transfer labels, paper rolls, toner, and fluid inks.)
All returns have a 20% restocking fee to cover shipping, boxing, handling, fees, and other costs. All return items must be in new condition and in the original shipping carton. Buyer will pay for return shipping. Returns should be insured and trackable so that if return products are damaged in transit they will be paid for by the carrier. Products received back damaged will not be refunded until insurance, if any, is paid by the carrier. Manufacturer defective products are exchanged at no additional charge with free shipping. Shipping related damaged products are exchanged at no additional charge with free shipping. Returns allowed up to 30 days from purchase date. Please allow up to 10 days for return processing.
